(PETD 200-1 / PETD 200-2) High temperature resistant varnish insulated copper winding wire

PETD 200 winding wires are characterized by high heat-resistant lacquer insulation and are designed for use in relays, motors, generators, measuring devices, industrial and household electrical equipment, as well as dry type transformers.
The wire has high mechanical strength, heat resistance and longevity, maintains stable dielectric properties at temperatures up to 200°C.

Construction

• Circular solid copper wire

• Type I polyetherimide varnish insulation

• Type II polyamidimide-containing lacquer insulation (for PETD-200-2)

Technical settings

• Maximum working temperature: 155°C, 180°C, 200°C

• Minimum working temperature: –80°C

• Temperature Index: 200 (ГОСТ 10519)

• Wire diameter: 0.63 – 4.00 mm

• Service life: 30 years
