(PETD-180) Varnish insulated copper winding wire

PETD-180 winding wire is designed for use in electric motors, transformers, generators, relays, industrial and household equipment.
These wires are made of copper wire provided with high heat-resistant varnish insulation and have the ability to work reliably at temperatures up to 180°C.
It is also ideal for applications requiring high mechanical strength and dielectric strength.

Construction

• Circular solid copper wire

• Type II polyetherimide varnish insulation

• Type III polyamidimide varnish insulation (for PETD-180)

• Maximum working temperature: 155°C, 180°C, 200°C

• Minimum working temperature: –80°C

• Temperature Index: 180 (ГОСТ 10519)

• Wire diameter: 0.63 – 2.5 mm

• Wire weight: 2.86 – 44.19 kg/km

• Service life: 30 years
