(OKGT-ц) Fiber optic cable with steel core, hydrophobe gel filled, aluminum coated steel wire

OKQT-ц brand OPGW cable is used for both lightning protection and data transmission purposes in overhead power transmission lines. In the central part of the cable there are optical fibers of type G.652.D and the module consists of a steel tube filled with hydrophobic gel. Aluminum-coated steel wires surround the tube, which increases both the mechanical durability and tensile strength of the cable. The structure is resistant to high temperatures and weather conditions.
