Nexans Armored Cable CU/XLPE/CTS/LSZH/SWA/LSZH – 3x95 mm², 6.35/11 kV

Nexans CU/XLPE/CTS/LSZH/SWA/LSZH 3x95 mm², 6.35/11 kV medium voltage armored cable is designed for reliability and safety in industrial and power distribution networks. The cable is made with copper conductor (95 mm²), XLPE insulation, copper screen, galvanized steel wire armor and halogen-free (LSZH) sheath. Its outer diameter is about 63 mm, and its weight is 7500–7750 kg/km. The conductor has a resistance of 0.193 Ω/km at 20 °C and the cable has a current carrying capacity of 307 A (air, 30 °C) and 263 A (soil, 20 °C). During a short circuit, the conductor shows a continuity of 13.6 kA, and the screen shows a continuity of 2.2–3.26 kA. The operating temperature is -20...+90 °C, and the maximum temperature of the conductor in the event of a short circuit is 250 °C. Cable IEC 60332-3 Cat. C flame retardant is produced according to IEC 61034 low smoke emission and IEC 60754-2 low corrosion standards.
