This cable is designed for high voltage power transmission and can be installed in soil, ducts and wet environments. It is both lightweight and corrosion resistant thanks to the aluminum conductor core and XLPE insulation.
Structure of the cable:

  • Conductor - multi-stranded round clipped aluminum (A) wires, IEC 60228, class 2

    • Round formal veins for 25–1000 mm²

    • Sector formal veins for 1000–1600 mm²

  • Inner screen - extruded semi-conductive polyethylene

  • Insulation – XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene)

  • Outer semi-conductive layer – semi-conductive polyethylene tape

  • Screen – copper tape or wire

    • min for 25–120 mm². 16 mm²

    • min for 150–300 mm². 25 mm²

    • Min for 400–1000 mm². 35 mm²

    • min for 1200 mm² and above. 50 mm²

  • Coating - thickened polyethylene (2Yy)

  • Heat tolerance

    • Normal working temperature: +90°C

    • Short-term loading: +130°C

    • Short circuit (5 s): +250°C
