This cable is designed for fixed installation in industrial and energy systems. XLPE insulation provides high thermal and electrical resistance, while thickened PE coating provides strong protection against mechanical damage, moisture and chemical effects. It is fully suitable for outdoor, underground and tunnel use.
Structure of the cable:

  • Conductor - stranded stranded copper wires, IEC 60228, class 2

    • Cross-sectional area for 25–300 mm²

  • Inner screen - extruded semi-conductive polyethylene

  • Insulation – XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene, 2X)

  • Outer semi-conductive layer – semi-conductive polyethylene

  • Separator layer - semiconductor tape

  • Screen – copper wire and copper tape (SE) on each core

    • min for 25–120 mm². 16 mm²

    • min for 150–300 mm². 25 mm²

  • Inner coating – PVC (polyvinyl chloride)

  • External coating – thickened PE (polyethylene, 2Yy)

    • Heat tolerance

    • Normal working temperature: +90°C

    • Short-term loading: +130°C

    • Short circuit (5 s): +250°C
